Favorite Sandwich Bread Mix by The Gluten-Free Pantry

Favorite Sandwich Bread Mix by The Gluten-Free PantryGluten-Free Pantry Favorite Sandwich Bread Mix is the best gluten free bread. I have used this bread mix for quite some time from cookbooks. This bread is the closest to homemade regular bread that you can make and it is so easy. They're good texture, taste and easy to slice them.

My kids and husband love it, and I am excited to use my bread maker again. My son still likes his frozen bread for some sandwiches, but otherwise we often make this. I will be making this our family favorite! I absolutely LOVE this Gluten-Free Pantry Sandwich Bread Mix!

Note:
The Gluten-Free Pantry was founded by professional chef and food writer Beth Hillson, who, along with her son, is gluten-free.
Beth developed the formulas for the mixes so that she and her son could enjoy delicious food. Today she shares those mixes with a much larger family as people all over the world have come to know and love these fine products. Beth and her staff taste and test every batch of our products to make sure they meet the company's high standards.

Amazing Wheat & Gluten Free Bread Mix by Pamela's Products

Amazing Wheat & Gluten Free Bread Mix by PamelaPamela Bread Mix Wheat Free & Gluten Free makes a large loaf of soft, delicious bread. The aroma fills your kitchen as your bread bakes up golden brown. They are easy-to-make, quick and versatile, serves you with all your meals. This amazing bread stays soft for days. Also makes great bread sticks, pizza crust, tarts, savory entrees and gingerbread cookies.

Pamela's Amazing Wheat & Gluten Free Bread Mix is my favorite wheat-free bread mix. It bakes into a semi-dense, very tasty loaf with a toasty color. The crust is light and chewy! My wheat-eating friends and family love this bread even compared to the Wheaties varieties out there.

It's a tad expensive and you have to get your own yeast for the 4-pound size. I bake a loaf in a bread machine once or twice a week with 10 minutes of kneading, 70 minutes of rising followed immediately by an hour of baking, and although the results vary a bit on humid or dry days, the fresh bread is always delicious.

Tips: Why Wheat-Free & Gluten-Free?
People who have a wheat allergy or gluten sensitivity suffer a range of physical symptoms (for example: abdominal bloating, diarrhea, gas and low energy) as a result of eating certain grains. Gluten Intolerance, also known as Celiac Sprue, irritates the intestinal lining preventing the absorption of nutrients into the body through the small intestine. Gluten is a protein found in wheat, rye, barley, possibly oats, and other grains.
